A la carte available on weekdays at Design Lounge and on weekends at restaurant Furu.

Design Lounge is the ‘living room’ of Hotel Rantapuisto, full of Finnish designs by a wonderful seaview.
You can dine casually in Yrjö Kukkapuro’s armchair groups or at a higher table.

Fried vendace, mashed potatoes, grandma’s pickled cucumber, clarified butter, and sour cream sauce.

Beef patty from Finnish heritage breed, brioche bun, ketchup, mayonnaise, Västerbotten cheese, gem lettuce, and red onion.

Pan-fried beef minute steak (sirloin, 200 g), Rantapuisto’s herb butter, fries, aioli, and gem lettuce.

Zander 36 € (L, (G))
Butter-fried zander, sautéed broccolini, new potatoes, fresh dill, crème Ninon sauce, and pea shoots.

Asparagus Pasta 20 € (V)
Linguine pasta, pesto of green asparagus and almonds, green asparagus, nut crumble, fresh mint, and olive oil.

Goat Cheese Salad 18 € (L)
Seasonal tomatoes, gem lettuce, fried goat cheese, dark balsamic vinegar, fresh basil, strawberries, and crispy focaccia.
